Tiffany Dee is a Texas-based comedian, wife, mother, and proud millennial who believes there is always something to laugh about—even on the hardest days.

Before stepping into comedy, Tiffany spent more than a decade working in healthcare as a radiology technologist, performing X-rays and CT scans in both hospital and outpatient settings. She knows firsthand the pace, pressure, personalities, long days, and unexpected moments that come with working in healthcare.

That experience eventually inspired Tiffany to combine two things she loves: healthcare and comedy. She is the creator and producer of the Medical Grade Comedy show, a comedy experience created specifically for healthcare professionals. Drawing from her own years working alongside physicians, nurses, technologists, and support staff, Tiffany brings a perspective to the stage that comes from actually having been there.

Tiffany believes laughter can be a powerful way to help people decompress, connect with one another, and feel a little less isolated in the demanding world of healthcare.Her comedy doesn't minimize the challenges healthcare workers face—it gives them permission to step away from them for a while, laugh with their coworkers, and simply enjoy being in the moment.

Today, Tiffany connects with audiences through honest, relatable stories about healthcare, motherhood and relationships. Her comedy is clean, energetic, and built around finding humor in the experiences we all share.

Tiffany has performed in comedy clubs throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, as well as theaters and private venues. She was most recently selected to perform in Mic Drop's Texas Funny 2026.

Inspired by comedians such as Leanne Morgan, Bill Engvall, and Jeff Foxworthy, Tiffany's love of comedy started long before she ever stepped on stage. Some of her earliest memories include listening to the Blue Collar Comedy Tour on long cattle-hauling trips with her family across Texas.

Whether she's talking about healthcare, parenting, marriage mishaps, or the pressures of everyday life, Tiffany's goal is simple: help people laugh, feel seen, and remember they're not alone.

And when it comes to healthcare professionals, she knows exactly how much they deserve a good laugh!
